Amusing :D

However I don't really fancy the new voice actor, ie the one behind the "Veteran".
I mean he sounds like he's 13.
I expected a much deeper voice, much more gruff.
Not that he's bad, quite the opposite.
Just not fitting.

I wouldn't expect such a mix. Gory, a bit exaggerated humor - I like it ! :) Love the use of slow-motion.
I would slightly improve on the animation itself to make it slightly less obvious that it's a motion tween ;p Some minor shadows/shading.

Should you require a voice actor for the future instalments of Prosnorkulus, I'm up to the task ;)

Hmm

The clips are way too long for the humor.
Most should be more or less 5 seconds.
Comedy loses momentum if you shoot them in such a slow succession.
1 or 2 longer ones are okay as long as they have some solid punch line. Your longer clips' punch lines are not all that good.
You know what to improve on, sir ;)

Hmm

I think you coulda done it better. The animation wasn't exactly in sync and the ending was abrubt. It left me wanting for more. But there was none left. You can do better, try harder next time ;)

A few tips

Invest into frame by frame. working on so many body movements
Also, katanas are used in both hands ^_^ generally a lot of the things here you said about ninjas is generally incorrect ;P know your stuff ;p
Besides that, yeah, the two weeks really show - the animation is largely unpolished in terms of smoothness or backgrounds.

But hey, don't let that get you down ;) I think that animation made you improve by a ton and can't wait to see the next one ;)

Or how the hell nobody is bothered by a pet chimpanzee in the middle of a city 0_O
Or better yet, why is there nobody in the middle of a friggin city besides them? 0_O

True, you overextended a bit with that joke there. At half of his monologue I just stopped listening...
But then again, the arrow to the knee will remain one of internet memes just like over 9000 and stuff like that is.
I found the british accent on the Dovahkin quite amusing, though :p
All in all, amusing, but not nearly as funny due to what its about.
